Multiple parts needed PLS HELP!

Question

I have these windows and idk what brand they are. I need a few parts for different windows. I will provide some pics.

1. Window pin broke off the plastic bottom (about 10.5"L x .5"W))of window where it screws into 3" metal pin (on the right side). I'm not sure if there is a replacement part for this bottom plastic strip or some way to repair it. PAT 4610108

2. On the left side of the window(coil balance system?), the top of the pivot lock shoe broke. The metal strip is at the top of the window and held by tension from a string which I don't know how to get to. Not sure I need a new part for that or just a tool in addition to a new shoe. The width of the window where shoe shoes is 1 5/16"?. The shoe itself is slimmer on top (1") where it fits into the metal strip and the bottom where the metal pin sits is 1.25"

3. I also need several pivot locks? that go on the top right and left side of the window. Measuring 2- 5/16"L x 11/16"

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 26-393B tilt latch pair. This resembles your old tilt latch, but we recommend you remove it and compare the specifications to see if they match up.

If you only need the shoe, see the 15-195 or 15-195B, depending on whether the cam is closed or open. Note that a broken shoe is a sign that the balances aren't too far behind. The Series 795 is a match for your balance, but we'll need you to confirm the length of the metal channel, as well as the stamp.

We're happy to ID the pivot bar, but we'll need to see it removed from the window sash, including written-out dimensions. I'm afraid we don't sell the vinyl strip, and we aren't sure who might. You may need a new window sash entirely, which would require contacting the original manufacturer.
