My cranks are missing. Will the 39-035 work for me?

I have this one 14 inch wide window with a missing crank. It doesn't have the 2 arm track and it seems to be a right hand opening. Will the 39-035 be correct for this window?

I'm afraid there's no way for us to confirm whether or not the 39-035 can work for your window. There's nothing we can use as a reference in your photo. Do you have an identical window in your house that may still have its operator? That would be the only way we can make a suggestion one way or the other.
