My sash spring has broken

Question

Need to repair broken sash spring. I included a picture. The windows have no markings or brand identification. The window is 29.5" x 36". Double pane. I came it with 24 lb. That would be a 12 lb sash spring for each side. I assume we would need to purchase two so they would be balance as I do not know the information on the sash model.

The springs could be our S190-640, but to confirm, look at the end of spring for a "#6" or "#640." Other parts you might need to replace (but only if they're broken) are our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-181 coil spring housing and 15-182 coil spring bushings bushing.
