NC2000/NC2400 windows

Question

I have a few questions about replacing damaged or deteriorating parts.

The spring release catches on the top of the window and the pivot pins that allow the window to pivot down for cleaning.

The mechanism in the window to control the window to move up and down , not falling down on its own.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches come to mind. I'm unsure about the pivot shoe without dimensions though. The 15-046 may be an option but this is just an educated guess. I recommend you remove undamaged versions of your hardware and compare the specifications to see if they align with what you're searching for.
