NEED NEW PATIO DOOR SET UP

DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE DOOR HANDLE OR JUST REPLACE BROKEN PART  BUT NOT SURE WHICH ONE TO ORDER

If the mortise lock is the only broken part, that is all you would need to replace. I can't be sure without seeing the original faceplate but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 82-265 to your assembly. We'll include the diagram from our product page below. Thank you!
