We are trying to install a window balance to repair our vinyl window. But we need to know the proper name of the white vinyl part displayed in this photo so that we can purchase it. If you could, where can we buy this part? Thanks in advance.

I believe you might have an older window with a discontinued pivot shoe. That said, our 15-046 may replace it. Carefully compare our pictures and dimensions to your existing shoe to make sure they match up.
