Nami window failures

A quick learner from DE says:
This piece seems to be the primary culprit of failure on our Nami windows. Not sure if I can replace just this piece or the whole channel assembly

This looks like a 15-195B Open Cam T-Lock Shoe. Due to differences in design, I am afraid you'll also need to replace the channel balance this attaches to. See our Series 795.
