Napco windows

Question

I need to replace the shoes on three separate napco vinyl windows. Im not sure if it is easier to replace the shoe and balances at the same time. The shoes are brittle and broke off. Pics included

Thanks for reaching out. From what I can see, your shoe appears to be out 15-177, but you'll need to remove yours and compare to be sure. This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil balance system. Usually, we suggest replacing just what's broken, so it's up to you if you'd like to replace the coils, too!
