Length-28"  1/2" w   Channel balance ( 2740  BSI MK) and 1  take out clip

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance reminds me of the S395-28. This balance has a winged top guide and a winged bottom shoe, like yours.

For the take out clip, most windows use the 16-002 but you'll need to be sure to look over the dimensions. If this is not a match, I'll need to see a photo of your existing clip.
