Need 1/2" Pivot Shoe with Larger Insert

Question

I purchased the 15-111 Pivot Shoes along with S-160-7 7.5 Series 160 Coils for two windows. Unfortunately, the metal insert inside the 15-111 is too small to accommodate the 3-inch pivot bars on my windows. The Pivot Shoe dimensions are
1/2-inch thick by 1 1/4-inch wide and 1 3/8-inch in length. Can you suggest an alternate Pivot Shoe to use as the one in the picture is broken.

Hi there John.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We usually recommend the 15-199 pivot shoe for this. Our thickness is 17/32" though so we can't promise the functionality. It may still be worth considering, however.

The compatible coil springs will be the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 depending on the width of the old spring band. Have a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
