Need 2 new channel balances and probably the corresponding part that screws to the sash

May I see a photo of the spring and pulley in the center of the balance channel? This is where the spring and the pulley meet in the center of the balance.

Please also confirm the dimension for the depth of your bottom. This measurement should be either 1" or 1-3/32".

In the meantime, we do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing top sash guide but I believe our 18-008H 5/8" Top Sash Guide should work well as a suitable replacement. To confirm, review and compare the dimensions below.

Thanks for confirming the measurements. Since your balances have a 1" shoe depth, you'll be able to use the S380-32. To determine the stamp needed for your balances, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. If the weight falls between 16 to 23lbs you'll need the 3130 stamp; if it is between 23 to 28lbs, you'll need the 3140 stamp.

The dimensions for your top sash guide seem to match those from the 18-008H. As mentioned it is not an exact match but it should work as a suitable replacement for your existing top sash guide.
