Need 39-027E With a longer Arm

I have the same GU product but the arm length isn't 9" it's 11! do you offer the 39-027E with a longer arm?

We do, but it comes out to 13-1/2" long, not 11" long. Could you still get it to work? I would also double check to make sure we're measuring in the same way. We measure from the center of the wheel bearing to the center of the gear, which goes beyond what many consider to be the visible portion of the arm.
