Hello!

It looks like your balance may be a match for our Series 395 which comes attached with the 19-005 winged top and 15-001 wingless bottom. As long as your specifications match up with this, you should be good to go! I'm afraid your stamps are too faded for us to make out so you would need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the Series 395 store page to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.

Thank you for the additional photos! I believe I see the numbers "23 9 #34" which is an outdated stamp that doesn't correspond with any of our options, unfortunately. You would need to weigh the sash on a scale to confirm what option is best for your repair.
