Metal channel is 28 inches. Stamp say 27 C bsi . Channel appears to be 1/2 inch wide and 9/16 deep.
Need 1 5/8 top sash guide in black looks like part number18-008.
S395 looks very close. Need to know weight option for C stamp. (2730) ?
Can you help me confirm the model number I need? I'm ready to order.

For the Top Sash Guide, see if our 18-008 matches what you need. For the channel balances, see our S351-28 or S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.
