Need Assistance Identifying Part

I have several windows within my house which do not remain open.
Here is a picture I took of one of the working windows.
I am trying to determine which window shoe and balance to purchase.
The windows appear to be 20 years old.
What parts should I purchase?

Hi there!

Based on what I see here, I recommend our 15-199 pivot shoe which is designed to use the 3/8" thick Series 165 or 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. Keep in mind, you only need to replace what's broken. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
