Need Balance & Ends Please

Original Aluminum Windows From 1968.

Need part numbers for balance and nylon end pieces (see pics).


Window Frame:
? 7/8" Depth
? 1" Width
? Internal channels to support nylon end piece guide tabs connected to top and bottom of each balance.
? No clips to assist in removal


Balance: Supports a sash that weighs 9 pounds. I assume each balance should support 5 pounds?:

Frame has two balances on each side. Each with different markings:
? KH 2210
? JE 2210

Balance Dimensions:
? 0.5" Width
? 5/8" Depth
? 23" Length
