Need Balances Please

Hello I have several balances with these on it that have failed. I would like to know if I can order the entire units or just these? I may need a couple of full units as the ropes seemed to have failed. Can you please tell me the brand of windows these come from? There are stamps on them of "20" and "24" Thank you very much!

Thanks for reaching out! This balance shoe appears to be a piece broken off of the 15-014 knife lock shoe. These are typically attached to the Series 751 style balance. To determine if this is the correct replacement balance for your windows, I'll need a bit more information.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the entire channel balance removed from the window. You'll also need to confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balances. The stamp is what indicates the weight range your balances should be able to hold to support the window.
