Our vinyl windows are ThermaStar by Pella. White. I have one handle that is completely missing. Another I just need to put back onto it, but don't know if that is broken as well and needs to be replaced. Let me know if you need more info. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. Despite the Pella name, this crank and handle remind of the brand-generic 39-375. Please compare. If you want to be safe, send me a picture of your entire operator assembly, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window sash. That will confirm this for sure.

I need new handles for large casement windows. first two photos show working handles... Hope you can help!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm a little bit confused by your setup here. Your first three photos show an operator with a centered handle, but your last two photos show a handle oriented to the right side of the operator base. These aren't compatible styles.
Are these on different windows? If so, you might want to check to see if these are the same operators or not. You wouldn't be able to get the style from the second type on the first.
That aside, we do sell the 39-107FK. This is designed for Truth brand operators with a centered handle, such as the 39-035 or 39-031. I think this might be better suited for the hardware in your first photos.
