Need Coil Balances for Simonton windows

Good day,

We have Simonton 5500 Reflection series double hung windows. Installed in October 2012. Several of the coil balances (small, white plastic block looking objects) have cracked and the windows don't stay up. Do you sell replacement parts for this? Cost? How to purchase?

Hey George. I am afraid this Simonton pivot shoe and coil spring system is no longer made. We've devised a substitute for it. You can use the 15-259 Pivot Shoe; but you'll also need to replace the old spring system with the Series 159. The video below explains.
