Need Hardware to repair double hung windows in my living room

Thanks for posting. The broken pivot shoe you show is no longer made, but it can be replaced with the 15-259. This will however require replacing the coil spring system in the window with the Series 159 springs. We have a video that takes you through the entire process. See below. 

For the sash lock, some Simonton windows have been able to use the 90-161 as a replacement, but without knowing the dimensions this is just a guess. See below. Let me know if you have further questions.
