Need Help Identifying Manufacturer or Replacement Part Number

A handy person from Florida says:
We believe the windows were original to the home in 1989. The windows are aluminum single hung with double panes (heavy). There appears to be no identification numbers or stamps on the window itself. This particular sash spring has the number 1630 stamped on it. Channel dimensions are 17" x 5/8" x 5/8" (LxWxD). Just a little metal hook at the bottom. No other identifying characteristics that I can see. The common failure point of these seems to be where the spring meets the "pot metal" around the pulley. Any help identifying a replacement part or the window manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting! I believe we can help, yes, though this balance would need to be custom made. I'm thinking of our S770-17, but with the bottom clip swapped out with our 62-105. Does that look good to you? If so, let me know how many you need and I can email you a custom balance order link and price quote.
