I am trying to order some replacement channel balances on your website and I am not sure which model to order because they look alike to me. I think I have one of these:
30" Series 380 CHANNEL BALANCE
30" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE
30" SERIES 395 CHANNEL BALANCE
Can you tell me which model I need?

Thanks for posting Jim. Yes, I agree: this is either an S380-30 or an S385-30 Channel Balance. Now the only difference between these two balance Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is very slightly bigger, at 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is closest.
Once you know what balance to choose, you'll need to pick a stamp option. Your stamp of 29 4 conforms to our stamp option 2940, for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 lbs. Let us know if you have any other questions.
