Thanks for posting. This looks like a Series 795 Channel Balance with a 15-195B Open Cam Shoe. Please confirm the length of the metal channel (but not including the balance shoe). Your stamp of '26 9' is a little weird. Could you weigh your window sash? That precise weight will let us know what stamp option you need to select. Thanks!
