Need Help to get replacement parts

HI.

Need Help to get replacement parts attached.

They are from a tilt window - single hung and each window has two springs on left and right sides of window attached to the shoe.

Also the window is a hurricane proof window.

Hey, Phil. Your balance system has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however they replaced it (and the pivot shoe) with the Series 795 tilt window channel balance. Look it over and see if you could get this to work. As for the tilt bar, it might be something like our 26-407, though it's hard to tell.
