Need Help with Parts Identification

I need help identifying the correct balancer and pivot bar parts for 2 separate homes. In one home, I have three windows that need new left/right balancers on the upper sashes. The current balancers look to be the same for all three sets of windows, however, two sets of windows are slightly larger than the first set, so probably heavier. In the other home, I need a set of pivot bars for a completely different window.

I've attached pictures to help. Here is a description of the attached photos:

20140907_202220.jpg: a bent pivot bar, seems to be approx. 3", in home# 2 (the other pivot bar for this window completely broke)

All of the windows are double hung, tilt-out windows.
