Need Jordan window balance replacement parts

Question

I have multiple Jordan windows installed new in 2006 that need some replacement parts so they can operate better. I have taken pictures as shown in the attached. Hopefully what I took is detailed enough. I need the sash cams, top sash guide and take out clips for two windows.

I did not see any part number.

Let me know if this is sufficient detail to figure out what I need to buy. I want to start with two windows and if successful, there are several others of various sizes. I appreciate your help.

Thank you for contacting us. The take out clip would be our 16-002. The closest match we have for the top sash guide is our 18-064, though it's not exact. Finally, for the channel balance see our S390-28.
