Need New Window crank for both the left and right window

Question

Hello, I have a Nami 100 window and I need to replace both the left and right opening window cranks. I was looking at either the 39-187/39-188 or the 39-089/39-090, however, the arm is only 4.5 inches long....not the 5 inches long the pic shows.

Hello,

To my eye, the orientation of the base are of your operator appears to match our 39-187 and 39-188. Also, take a look at another customer thread here who also had a shorter 4-1/2" link arm and was able to adapt our operators to work for them. Moving the placement of the stud brackets on the sash to compensate for the difference in length could do the trick. Thank you!
