Need Part

Question

Have 2 windows.  1 works ( took photos from that one ).  Other windows doesn't open at all.  Bought new crank but doesn't open.  Would appreciate some help.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window operator can be replaced with either the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Crank or the 39-155 Caradco Window Crank. To determine which of these is the correct operator, you'll need to compare their dimensions to yours.
