Need Pivot Lock Shoe

Hello,
I’ve attached a picture of a part that I’m looking for and the dimensions. If you have it, what’s the price? I’m looking for a few. Thanks! Height =2 1/8 Width =1 1/4. Depth =1/2 inch.

Thanks for posting. The width and thickness are the only dimensions that matter with pivot shoes, and yours matches the 15-046, but I would double check to ensure this indeed the case. See what you think.
