Need Pivot Lock Shoe replacement and window lock mechanism

A home owner from Birch Run, MI says:
Hello,
I have a window that was already installed when I bought my house and there are a couple of things wrong (broken) that needs to be fixed. The Pivot lock shoe needs to be replaced on the window. The coils have DL6 & C5 stamped on them. It is a double coil pivot lock shoe. Hopefully you can help me on getting the replacement parts for this window. Thank you so much!

This looks like an older version of our Series 140 Coil Balance System. Your stamps are a little ambiguous, so to know what spring weight to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sash. Divide that weight in half, and that will tell you the spring weight needed for both sides of the sash. Let me know if you have any questions.

A home owner from Birch Run, MI says:
19.5lbs. So I need 10lb then?

Correct, in that case, (2) of the S140-10 10 pound systems, one for each side of the sash, should work nicely (being within one pound of the overall sash weight is fine). See the video below that illustrates how to remove and replace coil balance systems.
