Need Replacement Parts

First, thank you for your assistance. I have a house that was built in 2001, with original block and tackle rod balances installed in all of the tilt windows. Some have been deteriorating, are broken, and need replacement. Pictures are below and I took some measurements of the different components to help get the right parts, all measurements are approximate.

Sash:
17 lbs
28 3/8ths inch tall
33 5/8ths inch wide

Balance Rod:
25 1/4th inch long
1/4th inch wide

Spring:
4 15/16th inches long
½ inches wide

Shoe
1 ½ inches tall
15/32nd inches wide at the slimmest
31/32nd inches wide at its widest

Trim
5/8th inch deep
1 inch wide (inside)
1/2 inch wide (at the opening)

Pivot
2 1/2 inches long
5/16th inches wide
3/16th inches deep

I looking for recommendations for replacement of the pivot, shoe, and balancer. Again, thank you so much for your assistance!
