Home built in 1996 and windows are original. Didn't see exact match on your site so wanted to know viable substitute.

Thanks for reaching! I believe you may be able to replace your pivot shoe with our 15-129 9/16' Thick Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the right fit for your window, take a look over the dimensions and carefully compare them. If the dimensions are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions, written out.
