Need Replacement Window Hardware

A contractor from Hawai'i says:

Aloha,

This a Client's custom wood window with the Hardware completely broken (as you can see in the photos). There were no names, numbers or identifying markings that could be found visually on the hardware and we looked all over for any! If you can please assist in helping is find and purchase a comparable replacement, that would be great!!

Hi Steven. Looks like you might have the 39-239C Stainless Steel Awning Operator. If possible, compare to an undamaged version to confirm. For a new crank and cover, see either the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style you prefer. See the other items on this page for further accessories you may need.
