1. I have a Schwinco hurricane window I cannot reach the operator to open or close the window. The operator shaft is 5/16" in diameter and has 12 splines. Do you have a universal joint with a pole ring that will fit on this operator shaft?
2. If so, I need a straight four foot extension pole with a pole hook on one end. Can this be done?

Can you confirm the diameter of the spline? The only pole ring joint we have that's not for hex-type splines is the 39-336, but this is for splines measuring 11/32" in diameter.
