Need an Operator, Hinge and Lock for the window.
(He said there isn't an OffSet on the Link Arm.)

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-317 and 39-318 operators. Compare to your originals to confirm a good fit! For a new handle, see the 39-114L.

For the lock, take a look and compare the 38-090 locking handle.

For new hinges, start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit! Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Review the video below for more details. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
