Need Window Parts

Question

I have a couple questions. First, can you refer me to a how to video on installing the boot that holds the spring. Second the plastic on the top of the window that slides out keeps breaking.
1/2" wide at top, 1 1/4" wide at bottom, and approx 1 3/4" in height but the top is broken off. I'll attach pics of the window balance. It measures 1/2"×1/2"×26"
Ok if I understand, if I can't see through the metal piece that turns then it's closed cam. Here's a pic of the back.

It looks like you have balances similar the the S795-26 (26B) except that yours uses a hook like the 15-198 for installation. Yours dies use a closed cam T-lock shoe but it has a groove in the stem that differs from ours. The good news is that the 15-195 shoes that come with our replacements will still work for your repair. We'll just need to confirm the number of replacement balances you need to send over an order link and price quote.

If you'd prefer to replace just the T-lock shoes for now, we also offer the 15-236 with the same grooved stem as your original balances. See the video below showing how to attach the shoe to the balance channel.

If you need new pivot bars as well, we'll need to see photos of yours fully removed from the sash frame, as well as the plastic part you mentioned that keeps breaking. Thank you!
