Need a Channel Balance for a non-tilt window

If only it were so easy as the model number being printed on the balance...

That stamp is mostly only relevant to the manufacturing process. We can glean some important information from it, but it doesn't tell us what Series balance you need. If you're having trouble using our channel balance guide to identify your balance, I'd recommend sending photos of both plastic ends, so that we can match it up for you.

In the meantime, you may want to measure the metal channel from end to end, as well as remove and weigh your window sash, then come back to us with both those measurements, along with the photos.
