Need a Patio Door Handle

I would generally recommend the 82-080 handle set based on your photos but it is only available with 4-15/16" hole spacing. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for your handle set with the same 4/1/8" hole spacing. We do offer the 82-268B mortise lock, which resembles your part depending on how the dimensions below compare.
