Need a new latch

My window latch does not grab hold of the window to lock. where can i get a replacement?

It would be helpful to know the numbers so i can ask about the part specifically in the future. I have these windows on all units of my apartment complex. I sent in a contact on a previous page here, but it wouldnt allow a picture. this link did.
