Hi,
My handle with key lock is broken and will not lock, I need a new one can you tell me which one this is and do you sell them?

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-086 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing to yours. This handle set uses the 82-310 key lock that is available separately. Review the dimensions below and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!

Ok I said that wrong?
The third photo shows you the problem, it's not the key lock part it's the two things that grab the catch in the frame. One of them is stuck open and doesn't work while the bottoms part does move. See photos

Thank you for clarifying. It sounds like you'll need to replace your mortise lock with our 82-265. Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm they match up to yours. If you need a new keeper that the hooks latch onto, see the 82-249.

It's tough to make out exact dimensions from photos but yours do look close to the specifications shown on our diagram. Could you write out the exact measurements that you're concerned about? Keep in mind that the installation holes are measured between the center of each one.
