Need a pair of replacement window balance

I found what i belevive stamped on the balance is "06/3 UNIQUE 27-C-30"

The metal channel is 28"
The shoe is 1.25"

Thank you! Please see the S795-28, which comes attached with the 1-1/4" wide closed cam 15-195 shoe. You may need the 28C stamp option for a sash weighing 18 to 23 pounds, but we recommend weighing the window sash to confirm it falls within this range.
