Need a pivot shoe

This is about 1 1/4 wide x 1 1/2 high x 5/8 deep.  I can't identify the window's manufacturer.

I would recommend removing your pivot shoe from the window to compare to our 15-177, which appears to match your part. Thanks for posting!
