I'm pretty sure we can replace this, but I cannot identify what you have from this photo. Could you show me a picture of it out of the window? Can you also tell me its width and thickness? Thank you!

Thanks Tom, I will get the measurements after work. The 2nd photo shows a label, I think the name is Ideal Aluminum Window.

Sorry for the late response due to me being out of town for a week. Shoe latch dimensions: 1-1/4" width, 2" length, 1/2" thickness.. Thanks!
