Need a replacement

We can't provide this exact handle, but we might have a good replacement. I would suggest the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set. It's very similar to yours, but it appears you will need to drill new mounting holes at a distance of 4-5/16", since your mounting hole centers look like they are further apart than that.
