Need a replacement, Stamp reads UB 28B

Good afternoon,

I pulled my window apart the other day to see why it's so tough to close. So to my surprise, this piece was broke (the string around the pulleys was broke). I have never messed with windows, but this has to be the issue.

I went to Lowe's and they do not carry these replacement pieces. Unfortunately I do not think there is a local store around me who specializes in this. So if possible if you can let me know what I need for the replacement, I would be greatful.

Please assist me with part numbers so I can have you guys send me a couple of them. I appreciate the help!! Let me know if you need anything else. I tried to send an additional picture of the other end but the web site said it was to large.

Greetings Dan, I think we have enough information to help you out without your additional photo! Our S380-29 channel balance appears to be a match. This comes with a 19-005 top and a 15-005 bottom shoe, so just confirm that these match what you have.

For your option selection, you will choose 2820 to correspond with your "28B" stamp. If you want to confirm this weight range, just weigh your sash on a bathroom scale. Hope this all helps!
