Need a replacement for this casement operator

Question

The replacement for this looks to be a Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm
Product Code: 39-013, in dark bronze. The mounting plate on the existing is broken. Existing measures 13 1/2" from the roller to the center of the gear. Outside mounting holes on the mounting plate are 3" center to center.
