Let me know if you need more pictures or measurements. This is for an average sized window. I have measurements for that as well if needed. And I will need 4 of these balances.

Thanks for your post! Your exact Unique channel balance is no longer made but our Series 795 Channel Balance (with the 15-195 1-1/4" shoe) will work to replace it. Based on the stamp, I believe you'll need the S795-28 with a 28C stamp.

This stamp will support a sash weighing between 18 to 23lbs.

To determine the correct replacement, you'll need to double check and confirm the length of the metal channel.

The metal channel length is 28 inches so I believe that should be the correct one. Right?
29inches including the plastic boot.

Yes, based on the length of the metal channel the S795-28 should be the correct replacement.
