Need help Tilted window replacement part. The tag on the window says. MST 3856 Took the part out of the window and it reads 26D

We should be able to help with this balance, but it might have to be a custom order. Before I recommend anything, can you show me a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord? I can't see it in your photos and it will be an important determining factor as to whether or not this has to be a custom made part.

Thank you! As suspected, this will have to be a custom order. Specifically, you have our S795-26, but with the bottom shoe swapped out for the smaller 15-194 and the top clip swapped out for the 15-198 hook.

I'll email you an order link and price quote now for two, which is our minimum. If you'd like to change that quantity, please tell me here and I'd be happy to do so.
