only writing on the metal part is 30G AO

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a match for the S795-30. Our balance is designed to screw to the top of the window track. Can you confirm if yours installs with a screw or a hook?

It installs with a hook , no screw

Gotcha! Thanks for confirming. This will have to be a custom order since your balance uses a hook. I'll email you a purchase link for (2) S795-30 balances with the 30G stamp and 15-198 hooks attached. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time.
