Thanks for reaching out to us! Given the 86 in the stamp on your balance, this will need to be a custom assembly. Your balance has a different style hook attached at the bottom shoe and the pulley has a different bracket installed in the center of the balance.

I believe you may be referring to the take out clip. It is likely you might have the 16-002 but you may want to be sure to double check the dimensions. This part is sold separately from the balance.
